“Let’s make it real”—such a vague phrase. What do you actually do?
With 30+ years in tech, I help companies turn ambitious ideas into reality—whether it’s building something new, optimizing a process, or gaining a real competitive edge.
So you’re a developer?
The fact that I can code and use all sorts of tools gives me an advantage, yes. But the most important thing is knowing what to do, why it matters, and how to make it happen.
Hmmm, can you give me an example?
A couple of years ago, at one company, I spotted an opportunity to build an exceptionally user-friendly support system. It gave them a huge competitive advantage—and in the end, it became a standalone product.
Ok, got it. What do you think about all this AI madness?
Yeah, madness. :) I have a strong understanding of the key aspects of the technology. But what interests me even more is how to use it to get real benefits.
But everyone is already using ChatGPT…
And that’s great. But ChatGPT has limits. Here are a few:
But making an internal version of ChatGPT would be really expensive!
Not at all. You don’t need to build your own GPT. What you need is to add the missing pieces—connections, context, and security. Then any model—ChatGPT, Copilot, or others—can actually understand and use your data. And this doesn’t have to be expensive.
It’s just about figuring out where AI actually makes sense for you and how to start small—without overcomplicating things.
So it’s like when the internet first came…
Exactly! At first, people just used it. Then companies made their first basic websites—often built by an enthusiastic employee or a friend. Small first steps. Later, things became more sophisticated.
But now it feels like it’s happening much faster.
Oh, way faster. What took 10-15 years with the internet is now happening in 3-6 years with AI. Some might not like it. And yes, there are risks. But the genie is out of the bottle. It’s happening, whether we want it or not.
We’re a small company. We probably don’t even have useful AI use cases.
You might be surprised. :)
For example, if AI helps your support or sales staff work faster and more accurately, is that a useful case? I’d say yes.
But how do we even catch up? Everything is moving so fast.
That’s exactly what I offer.
I help businesses brainstorm, identify, propose, and make it happen. Often, companies already have AI enthusiasts on their team. The goal isn’t just to take the first step—it’s to give your people the tools and mindset to lead the way forward.
